.....as me! Over £250 donated in the three days since the fund raising started and I've hardly turned a pedal yet! Mint! I could give up work. I should give up work. In fact, I'm possibly making more money than your average pro cyclist does!

Now back to reality. As ever.

Thanks loads to everybody who has donated or sponsored (depending on your glass half full, somebodies nicked my beer kind of outlook) me so far. You're all lovely and I formally invite every single individual one of you to join me on the start line in East London for photo's good wishes and let's be grown up and honest, prayers. Hang around for the journey and we'll cross the finish line together in East Manchester, 13 hours later, after pedalling for over 200 miles for beers, tears..cheers........pain relief.....gas and air..........paramedics........... mental health crisis team.........sectioning............What.Have.I.Done?
